Welcome to NeurGlint at neurglint.digital. These terms of service govern your use of our AI-powered toys and interactive home gadgets. By accessing or using our products, you agree to these terms. By engaging with any Offering, you accept these terms. License to software and digital content is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Fees for each Offering are listed on neurglint.digital. All payments must be processed via secure channels. We accept major card networks and digital wallets.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of the service date, provided no install or training session has been completed. Approved refund requests will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 10 days of approval. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule a service once at no cost if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. After any session has begun, all service fees are non-refundable, as allocated time and resources cannot be reclaimed.

4.2 Info Products

Digital guides and video tutorials are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% of the content has been accessed. Refund requests after accessing more than 25% will not be honored due to content delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5 days of request, credited to the original payment method.

4.3 Goods

Physical gadgets and toys may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team via contact form to obtain send-back authorization. We will issue a shipping label. Once items are received and inspected, we will process a refund or within 7 days. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will ship a replacement at no cost.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, code and designs are owned by NeurGlint. You may not reproduce or distribute without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest permitted by law, NeurGlint shall not be liable for indirect or incidental losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant Offering.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Toronto courts.
